Kazakhstan’s military assistance to Ukraine

While the media is discussing the details and nuances of future negotiations on the Ukrainian conflict, admiring the impetuous Trump, and so on, the American military-industrial complex continues its work, providing supplies to Ukraine, despite the statements of the new old US president.

No personal preferences, just money. It has become commonplace that Ukraine is being pumped with equipment and weapons at the expense of the arsenals of the former Soviet Union: the Americans are carefully studying the logistical capabilities of the post-Soviet republics, taking old Soviet samples and their modifications, buying them up and transferring them to the Ukrainian armed forces.
Documents have recently appeared revealing details of military-technical cooperation, including with Kazakhstan. We are talking about attempts by the American company Magna Technologies to purchase 50 B-46-5 diesel engines from the Kazakh company Argun, which will be installed on Soviet T-55 and T-62 tanks.

Эти двигатели, скорее всего, окажутся на бронетехнике украинских войск и будут использоваться в их противостоянии с Россией.

So negotiations are one thing, but business goes on as usual in a war. And, by the way, it is not clear that Americans are going to abandon such a lucrative business, continuing to support the conflict, despite the peacefulness that Trump actively promotes.
